Purchased a bunch of 4 balloons for a baby shower that i am attending tomorrow (Tuesday) i had chosen today as my delivery option however arrived 2 days ago, on opening today 1 of the balloons totally deflated and the other 3 have seen better days this actually makes me wonder how long these balloons had already been inflated prior to dispatch as I’ve purchased many helium balloons from other companies and shops which have lasted several weeks,i also ordered a extra balloon weight which hadn’t been packed separately and has took me an hour to unravel from the bunch of balloons ,a total poor show from this company, have contacted company and did speak with a friendly assistant who did tell me she’d refund which they speedily did ??however only for the cost of the balloons not postage ? this was my first but certainly last purchase from ginger ray

I ordered biodegradable party poppers. The products arrived in cardboard box But! covered in extra plastic bag which was absolutely unnecessary! Very disappointed as I paid extra price for an environmentally friendly product but now I'm left with a huge plastic bag.

Bought a balloon arch for my daughter's birthday. Beautiful colours - but it lasted about 10 minutes after the rain started as the tape (being made of cardboard) simply dissolved.
Sent an email to be advised they are not suitable to be used when it rains - so beware! The eco-message is great but only if you are planning on using it inside!

Product didn’t arrive on time, offered a refund of the product AS WELL as a replacement. Very happy with the online chat support.

I’ve received my order of the metal grid panel and I was really disappointed with the quality and design.

I bought it when it was discounted and having received it, it’s really flimsy, the panels have buckled and in some areas the white paint has come off.

The issue was dealt with promptly and a replacement sent out within days. However, though the finish on the product is much better the panels have still buckled and when put together it’s warped and leans.

Sadly this is a product design flaw and not worth the money at the discounted price I paid let alone full price.

I just purchased a number 7 balloon holder for my daughters birthday and it was a complete waste of money! It was too complicated to assemble and was flimsy and broke quickly and to be honest I couldn’t make heads or tails of it- on top of that you need a pump to blow the balloons up as they are impossible to blow- both myself, son and husband had a good go! Really disappointed as it’s her birthday tomorrow and had been looking forward to that being the first thing she saw ? do not recommend unless you’re a natural with origami and IKEA products and have a lot of puff!!

Ordered and paid for 4 smoke Cannon's on next day delivery.
Received an email the following day stating that they could not fulfill the order and a refund will processed.

More than a week has passed, 2 complaint emails sent with the same reply...(a refund has been processed)

A further email received the next day stating that the refund was submitted but failed by the bank (the biggest amount of sh*te I have ever heard)...

Still no refund in my account.

IT DOES NOT TAKE THIS AMOUNT OF TIME TO PROCESS A REFUND!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!

PLEASE REFUND ME IMMEDIATELY!
